Useful Information

• Arrival from 5:00 pm - Departure by 10:00 am
   
• All our self-catering apartments are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside.
   
• Pets are not permitted.
   
• Reservation: Your booking is binding after our confirmation and final after your payment of the deposit.
   
• Payment: cash, debit and credit card
   
• A damage deposit of €150 is required upon arrival. It will be charged to your credit card. You will usually receive a refund within 7 days after departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card after the accommodation has been inspected and no damage has been found.
   
• Up to 10 weeks before arrival you can cancel free of charge, for cancellations within 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50%, after that 100% of the booking value. Also in case of late arrival or early departure 100% of the booking value is due. Furthermore, we charge a fee of 50 euros for the cancellation.
   
• Travel cancellation insurance: to ensure that you are not facing extra costs if you have to cancel your holiday we recommend you take our travel cancellation insurance.
